Sony BMG really do have a lot of egg on their corporate faces. Not only have they been totally useless in protecting their IPR, but now they have been proved completely inept at differentiating between legal and illegal methods of attempting to protect their IPR. Hysterical, couldn't make it up, etc etc...It's a wonder no one will be serving time.
