So if you can't beat it, join it etc etc. Warner know they can't fight the huge growth of copyright infringement through incidental incorporation of copyright material into personal video so now they say 'Oh, we are really into what the young people are doing, thats fine that you use our stuff, go right ahead...' or some such blarny.
